We always work in accordance with the BIM Basis ILS and the ILS Design & Engineering standards. However, we are also flexible enough and have the expertise to work according to other BIM standards, such as those used by contractors or housing associations. Thanks to our experience in BIM management, we can recommend a suitable project approach and BIM protocols, and we can draft Information Delivery Specifications.
Throughout the process, you’ll communicate directly with the implementation team. This ensures that no information is lost and allows our engineers to incorporate your requirements directly into the virtual model.

Lijnbaan
Rotterdam
We developed the BIM model based on a point cloud. We also incorporated various deviations from the existing situation into the BIM model based on archival drawings. Nike’s interior design preferences were incorporated, and—because it affected the design—the sprinkler system was also roughly modeled. The new customer elevator presented an interesting challenge due to the limited installation space caused by the existing concrete structure. In short, a successful Boltt project involving various stakeholders and complex issues.

For SBB, we developed the Kop Noord design from the structural engineering phase through to construction. The BIM model was developed in accordance with SBB’s BIM standard, the BIM Basis ILS, supplemented with digital information maps and additional construction-specific information requirements. This allowed production to be managed directly from the model. The result? Significant time savings, fewer construction errors, and an efficient construction process.
Rokin District
Amsterdam
The design of two new department stores on Rokin draws inspiration from Amsterdam’s history and gives the Rokin District a fresh appeal. The glass canopy serves as the centerpiece. Together with Van Wijnen and all our partners, we ensured an integrated project approach and close collaboration. BIM played a crucial role in this process. The comprehensive model provided clarity and efficiency.
Q Residences
Amsterdam
Developer NEOO and client Kroonenberg Groep, in collaboration with the American architectural firm Studio Gang, were seeking a local co-architect. This was to coordinate with the City of Amsterdam, navigate permitting procedures, develop the comprehensive structural design in BIM, oversee prototyping, and provide aesthetic guidance during construction. In close collaboration with NEOO, Kroonenberg Group, Studio Gang, and contractor J.P. van Eesteren, we have completed two residential buildings of which we are proud.
National Holocaust Memorial
Amsterdam
We worked with the Dutch Auschwitz Committee on the creation of the National Holocaust Memorial. Drawing on our knowledge of local construction practices, we assisted the American architectural firm Studio Libeskind by adapting their design to comply with Dutch laws and regulations. We also managed the practical aspects of the construction process in close collaboration with Studio Libeskind, the contractor, and other partners.
Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal
Amsterdam
The original headquarters and printing facility of De Telegraaf was renovated and repurposed into sustainable, modern offices, retail spaces, and residential units, commissioned by the Kroonenberg Group. By using historical imagery, point clouds, and drone footage, we were able to compare the current condition of the historic building with how it was originally completed in the 1930s. This allowed us to restore details that had been replaced or had disappeared.
