Our
three-stage
process?
Before we commence, we work with the client and other stakeholders to fully understand the assignment. We ask the right questions, broaden the perspective and explore possible alternatives. This helps us get to the heart of the matter and identify the most effective approach.
Once we have a clear understanding of the task, we look for ways to improve it further and make it smarter. This not only increases efficiency for us, but for the wider construction team as well. During the engineering phases, we take feasibility, aesthetics and process into account. We keep stakeholders involved through continuous feedback and remain agile where needed.
untangle
We determine what is truly needed and define the most effective approach.
Optimize
We continuously look for ways to improve the plan and the process.
deliver
We do what we promise and deliver the best possible result.
Sprints &
Feedback Loop
We keep a firm grip on the process by breaking the work down into sprints: clear, manageable and relatively short phases. Each sprint follows a fixed feedback loop, a four-step structure for continuously monitoring and evaluating both the work and the process. The lessons learned in one sprint serve as input for the next.
Using BIMcollab, we share information directly and transparently with all external team members involved. This gives us a clear overview of quality and planning and helps keep the process efficient and well organized.

our tools
We use a range of tools to support our work, including advanced BIM modelling software, model validation and clash management tools, and software for environmental performance assessments. If you work with a different system, we adapt quickly and work with you to find a suitable solution.
Standards & ISO Certification
Boltt is ISO 9001-certified and continuously evaluates and improves its processes to safeguard quality.
“The Boltt team closely follows developments in BIM and actively contributes ideas on further advancing digitalisation in the construction industry. They also share their knowledge with peers in the field. Together, for example, we organized a knowledge event on the use of Archicad in transformation and renovation projects. During this event, we discussed the Renovation Tool, the conversion of point clouds, and the role of BIM in securing approval from building authorities and the municipality.”
